Appearance: Appears as human in shape, but his skin is a pale gray/blue, as if he has been in the cold for far too long. Wears old worn leathers, dyed gray and patched. There seems to be more patches than material from the original garments. There are patches of fur in places, clearly expertly tanned, but of indeterminate age. If one looks too closely or too long at his skin, they might notice that the color changes subtly, with swirls of icy blue coming up from beneath the frosty grey that seems so unnatural.
Equipment: Oslo carries no armor, no bedrolls, no rations or canteens. His only gear beyond his leathers and his sword is a perfectly spherical sapphire pendant on a chain with alternating links of steel and platinum, which he wears around his neck.
Weaponry: Oslo wears a single sword on his belt. Both it and its sheathe are covered in runic symbols, but Oslo does not know where they came from. It is clearly of masterful construction, and when Oslo draws it it creates a brief flare of blue fire.
Bio: Oslo is a watcher. He was a mighty Paladin once, serving Ronar, but when his mortal form was due to expire, Ronar and his kin imbued him with ancient energies and locked his soul to his body. Now, Oslo waits for orders from his masters and watches the goings on of mortal creatures. Once a year, Oslo chooses a mortal to aid, and agrees to help them with any given quest.
