So for some reason I love Panzie's little slime avatar. So much so I want to make a race based off of it. 
Here's what I have so far.
Name: Panzie's Drop
Size: 2 feet (normal), 12 feet (pregnant)
Physical traits: varies- nubs for hands and distinct head and eyes. Stylized body to give head hair sometimes. No mouth or ears.
Description: Panzie's Drops are small slime creatures that have achieved sapience. Although they cannot speak, they're quite intelligent and charming. They have a natural 7 in charisma (at the cost of a natural 1 in constitution due to their squishy bodies) due to their general cuteness and desire to befriend people. Panzie's Drops can shape and mold the upper part of their bodies to give them more humanoid traits that make them more appealing to the humanoid races, such as distinct eyes and face. In reality, these are for show- Their true eyes are hidden and invisible to the naked eye. Their bodies are extremely acidic as they can and often do digest any organic matter they want to, although their diet mostly consists of water and sugar. The acid is kept safely contained by a thick membrane (their skin) that allows them to move over surfaces without melting it. If touched, they would be considered squishy and rubbery, but not dangerous.
The species in whole cannot speak. They lack the physical traits to do so. Their form of communication involves bubbling and gurgling noises. They basically speak like a pot of soup boils. Although people can be trained to understand their speech it's incredibly difficult to do so. The species also has no major capital, as Panzie's Drops are rare and nomadic. Since they do not form relationships with one another they rarely travel together.
Panzie's Drops are by nature asexual. They can and often do take on tertiary traits found in males and females (longer hair for females or possibly a bow, fake beard for men, etc.) but reproduce by mitosis. When they desire to reproduce, Panzie's Drops will engorge themselves on food until they become massive in size. So massive in fact that their own membrane stretches and struggles to hold their acidic bodies in tact. At this point the drop splits into many smaller drops with the same intelligence as the original drop and some variations in the drop's original personality. Panzie's Drop are physically incapable of understanding romantic relationships because they have never had a need for it to reproduce. They feel things such as fondness and understand if something is cute or adorable, but they feel no physical attraction or sexual lust towards anything.
Panzie's Drops cannot eat inorganic matter and eating too many low-pH foods will ruin its acidic body, making it weak. If their membrane is broken they could leak their entire bodies out like some sort of filled water balloon. This is both a wound and a defense mechanism as the acid can destroy weapons that attempt to harm the drop, making them excellent fighters despite their simple and squishy appearance.
